  • Comprehensive care for Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks, and the Perfectionism-Anxiety Cycle.

  • Treatment for marked disruptions in emotional states, including Major Depressive Disorder (clinical depression), Bipolar Disorder (managing manic and depressive episodes), persistent low mood, and chronic Irritability.

  • Explore relational patterns, identify needs and wants, improve communication, boundary setting, self-worth, and heal from Codependency. I also pull from the Gottman Institute’s concepts of the positive feedback loop, the gentle start up, building a culture of appreciation, time-outs, and accepting responsibility.

  • Healing from past events, including comprehensive therapy for Trauma and PTSD across the lifespan, and providing deep support for holding and navigating Grief and complex loss with tenderness and compassion.

  • A safe space for exploring Racial Identity and cultural dynamics. We support individuals navigating cross-cultural challenges, language barriers, intergenerational family dynamics, and the trauma experienced by immigrants, first-generation, and hyphenated identities.

  • Dedicated, trauma-informed services for healing from experiences of Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse. My approach is built on previous clinical experience supporting survivors at a local non-profit.

  • Tools and strategies to manage chronic, overwhelming Stress, prevent work-related Burnout, and restore balance when you feel depleted, allowing you to regain energy and engagement in your life.

  • Providing affirming and informed care for the LGBTQ+ community. I support clients around issues of identity development, coming out, relationship challenges, and navigating minority stress.

FAQs

What is the duration and frequency of sessions?

Sessions are 55 minutes long. I typically meet clients once a week in the beginning of our work together. As clients see progress, we step down to bi-weekly and then monthly sessions until goals are met.

Do you accept my insurance?

I am in-network with BCBS, United Healthcare/Optum, Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna’s Commercial Plan, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Quest Behavioral Health. Click here to verify your specific plan via Headway.

If I am out-of-network with your insurance plan, your insurance company may reimburse you for a percentage of the session cost after you meet your deductible. I can provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) for you to submit for reimbursement.

What is the cost of a session?

My out-of-pocket rate is $150/session. I also reserve a limited number of spots for sliding scale sessions based on financial need. Please contact me directly to discuss availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask for 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or reschedules. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged the full session fee, unless due to an emergency, as that time cannot be provided to another client
